In a typical QBR presentation, you’ll be required to go through the progress made in the last 90 days while outlining the plans you have for the next quarter.
The main purpose of QBR is to help companies assess the results and progress they’ve achieved in the past months. Through this quarterly presentation, they can realign their goals, strategies, and other resources to ensure they’ll achieve their desired outcome.
