What is “transformational growth“?

Transformational growth is a fundamental change or reorientation of an organization by reforming or reallocating resources toward a progressive direction. It is comprised of changes that require higher resources that transforms a company’s portfolio and business activities. Prime examples of transformational changes in a business are venturing into new markets, introducing new product categories, product expansions, and following new segments. An effective transformational growth should be led and managed without sacrificing the organization’s financial and operating results.
