Senior Vice President, Client Services
Emily Rickman is the Senior Vice President, Client Services for Everise. Emily’s experience with handling customer relationships and new business development, as well as services, programs, products, and go-to-market strategies, have greatly contributed to our continued evolution as a company.
Emily joined Everise in 2020, and during her tenure, she has successfully implemented winning solutions for many partners in her portfolio, as well as helped win several new logos as the sales leader. She has over 20 years of contact center experience and prior to joining Everise spent time building services programs at both Support.com and Circuit City. Emily has a passion for creating authentic relationships with her clients and internal teams built on trust and transparency.
Outside of work, Emily spends time cheering on her sons’ sports teams and riding her Peloton. She also likes trying out new restaurants and recipes in the kitchen.
