Manoj Kapuria

Manoj Kapuria is the Senior Vice President of Spend Management and Facilities for Everise. He is responsible for leading the global procurement and spend management, global facilities management, and global collections. His passion, scholastic achievements and expertise in leadership and management are key benefits for his role. Armed with an astounding two-decade experience, he has been successfully leading national and regional procurement functions and managing facilities functions. In 24 years, Manoj has successfully offered and spearheaded end-to-end commercial leadership. His extensive and rich experience allowed Manoj to widen his horizon as he became a part of companies from different industries like IT/ITES, automotive, telecommunications, and FMCG. In each of his leadership roles, he was tasked to lead the procurement, collections, and operational excellence roles. Most recently, Manoj was the Vice President and Head of Global Procurement in Startek and Aegis. While he has deepened his knowledge and experience in the industry, Manoj also heightened his academic merits. He earned a Strategic Management Executive Course from IIM Lucknow in 2015 as well as a two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration in Operations from Symbiosis Institute Pune in 2009. Prior to that, Manoj earned an Electrical Engineering degree with distinction from Dayalbagh Educational Institute. In his spare time, when not focused on his career, Manoj enjoys exploring beautiful and exotic beaches and listening to music. He currently resides in the Philippines with his family.
