Shiv Palta

Shiv is one of the founding team members of Everise and has almost 20 years of experience in scaling international businesses through mergers and acquisitions and business development. As the Chief Strategy Officer, he supports the company’s inorganic growth strategies, identifying high-potential market segments to invest in and building relationships with CEO’s and founders of disruptive businesses. He joined Everise from Aegis BPO where his key responsibilities were around strategic decisions, international business growth, go-to-market strategy, and global mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Aegis, he worked with Genpact and British Airways, and founded a Training and Consultancy firm in 2003, which he successfully ran until 2008. Shiv has an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad following a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University, he is an alumnus of the Doon School. In his free time, he teaches his sons the joys of field hockey and squash.
